The building walls of the bungalows will be weather proofed giving protection against hot & cold weather conditions. Bims insulation blocks will be used for the walls.

Wall Finishes:

• External walls: 3 coats of plaster and 3 coats of high quality silicone paint.
• Internal walls: 3 coats of plaster and 3 coats high quality plastic paint.
